Property was nicely appointed and beautiful, we loved this place.
The hotel was fairly clean and the location was excellent on the beach close to the airport. The local staff was affable. The room was well-appointed and big and with climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV at your disposal, fantastic view of the sea.

The location in a very very nice area was magnificent and there were a bakery and stores nearby. Also, it was 10 mins drive from a large memorial tower. The deluxe queen room was comfortable with comfortable beds.

Location: the hotel was near the boat ramp with less shelter and concrete blocks and Ocean after 5pm and Cebu/Mactan. I had a great breakfast and it had plenty of food.
I had expensive breakfast; it could be better.

During my stay, I was impressed by the welcoming and helpful staff who did everything to make me feel at home. The location was great as it was very close to the beach, which was perfect for relaxing. the hotel had many communal areas where I could socialize and meet other travelers. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes.
One small drawback was that some parts of the hotel were under construction, but it didn't really bother me as it didn't affect my stay.
